I am contacting you today to present the excellent work of a social service agency, the Abrigo Centre, of which I am a member of their Board and Fundraising Event Committee. This registered charity and non-profit organization has worked primarily for the Portuguese-speaking community for 33 years.
On March 2nd, Abrigo will host a fundraising dinner that aims to raise funds for the programs that support women and their children who experience gender-based violence and abuse.
