The Consul General of Brazil, Ana Lélia Benincá Beltrame, and the City Coucillor – Ward 18 for Davenport, Ana Bailão, invited the Brazilian and Portuguese community for a ceremonial raising of the Brazilian Flag at Toronto City Hall.
